ELSA Project

The purpose of the ELSA project is to build capacity in schools to help meet the emotional needs of their pupils through the use of their own resources. It recognizes that children learn better and are more satisfied in school if their emotional needs are also met.

ELSA is an initiative developed and supported by educational psychologists who apply knowledge of children's social and emotional development to specific areas of need and to specific casework.

At Ysgol Cymerau, our ELSA assistant is Anti Vicky. She is pushing hard to meet our vision. Anti Vicky will use this page to share events and news from the ELSA group as well as share resources.
